Hi, I’m Marti
Based in New Jersey, I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. As an ACE Certified Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, and Personal Trainer; a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach; and a Certified Spinning and Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, I’m thrilled to now have my own practice. It’s a space where I can share my love for health, wellness, and fitness, and guide others toward their own optimal well-being.

I get it. I mean, I really get it. I’ve had my fair share of rocky roads and ups and downs. And that’s exactly why I became a health coach: because I’ve navigated my own challenges in health and wellness, and I know what it takes to discover your own path to balance, strength, and confidence.
Where I am now is the result of years of learning, growing, and putting in the work, and I’m here to help you do the same. I’ve figured out the strategies that help me thrive by finding balance, focusing on mindset, and creating habits that truly fit my life. But here’s the thing: your path may look different, because we are all unique (and that’s a beautiful thing!). My job is to help you discover what works for you, through a coaching approach that’s entirely centered around your needs and goals.
I have health and wellness expertise, but YOU are the expert in your life. Together, we can find your best path. What works for you. It’s YOUR journey to health and wellness.
